What I particularly appreciate:


  • Very responsive customer support, available via email as well as a dedicated user forum. For accountancy training Best school of accountancy In Lahore.
  • Intuitive interface, with many indicators.
  • Many tutorials.
  • The smartphone application which, by scanning the receipts, avoids to return to the hand expenses.
  • The support is very attentive to suggestions for improvements, which is generally promising.
What I liked less:

  • I found complicated the import of data because I encountered unexpected deadlocks (fortunately, the team of Quickbooks accompanied me to finalize).
  • I am disappointed that a quote of 3 lines is displayed on 2 pages instead of one. A concern for interlining that should be resolved quickly (well, I hope!).
  • The contact form has 4 elevators (2 vertical and 2 horizontal) which amazes me a lot because they do not seem necessary (tested with 3 different computers).
  • We can put several email addresses on a contact, but we can only create one contact per company, which I found embarrassing.
  • The complete smartphone application is not yet released ... but it is under development.
  • The data is stored on the servers of QuickBooks, in the USA. Even if the company is extremely vigilant on the security of its data, I would have preferred storage in France.
